02 · Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a qualified researcher — affiliated with an institution or otherwise competent to handle research chemicals safely and lawfully. At checkout you certify your eligibility and research-only intent.

We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where eligibility or intended use cannot be reasonably established.

03 · Prohibited uses

You may not resell, relabel, or distribute products as fit for human or animal consumption, nor make any therapeutic, diagnostic, or performance claim. You may not use or supply products in any manner that violates applicable Canadian or local law.

Breach of these terms terminates your right to purchase and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

04 · Orders & pricing

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. An order is accepted only when confirmed and dispatched. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit quantities.

05 · Shipping & risk

Orders are cold-packed and shipped Xpresspost within Canada. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Estimated transit times are provided in the Shipping & Storage guide and are not guaranteed.

06 · Limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is" for research use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eclipse Labs is not liable for any loss or damage arising from handling or use of products, and total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
