01 · Regulatory context
Our products are research chemicals intended for in-vitro and laboratory study. They are not authorized health products and have not been evaluated or approved for use in humans or animals by any regulator.
02 · What "research use only" means
"Research use only" means a product may be used solely for scientific research carried out by qualified personnel in an appropriate setting. It must not be administered to, or consumed by, humans or animals, and must not be used in food, cosmetics, or any health product.
03 · Health Canada classification
In Canada, products intended for human use as drugs or natural health products require authorization from Health Canada. Our peptides are not sold as such products and carry no Drug Identification Number (DIN) or Natural Product Number (NPN). They are supplied only as laboratory reagents.
04 · Prohibited uses
It is prohibited to use or resell our products for human or veterinary administration, to make therapeutic or performance claims, or to relabel them as consumable products. We cooperate with authorities where misuse is suspected.
05 · Buyer responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for handling, storing, and using research materials safely and in compliance with all applicable laws and institutional policies, and for confirming that possession and use are lawful in their jurisdiction.
06 · Import & export
