01 · Nature of products
Because our products are sensitive research materials whose integrity depends on controlled storage, we cannot accept returns of opened, reconstituted, or improperly stored items. This policy protects the integrity of every lot we supply.
02 · Order changes & cancellation
Orders may be changed or cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Contact us promptly — once a lot has shipped, it is in transit and subject to the sections below.
03 · Damaged or incorrect lots
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive a lot that does not match your order or its Certificate of Analysis, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photographs. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping.
04 · Non-returnable items
Opened vials, reconstituted material, and items stored outside the documented conditions are non-returnable on safety and integrity grounds. Consumables and supplies are non-returnable once opened.
05 · Refund process
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, or by Interac e-Transfer where applicable, within 5–10 business days of approval. You will receive email confirmation when a refund is processed.
